We advised Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros on the "Legal and methodical review to reform the regulatory framework regarding sanctions" and to elaborate a project of the new Regulation of Infractions and Sanctions.
The importance of this matter relies on the adequate exercise of the sanctioning function framed in the new dispositions that govern the sanctioning administrative regime established in the Legislative Decree No. 1272 that modifies the Law of General Administrative Procedure, Law No. 27444.
