DIOR, represented by Studio Tributario Tognolo, has won the tax litigation originated from a tax audit made in 2014 as it has demonstrated that Trunk show events carried out by the Italian Company are marketing instruments typical of the Luxury fashion sector aimed at increasing the revenues and that the connected costs have to be considered being part of the business and not as entertainment expenses.

The sentence of the judges of the Milan Tax Court second level, now become definitive, has furthermore confirmed the application of the ferial suspension, provided for the procedural measures, to the terms provided for the gentlemen’s agreements. The name partner, Paolo Tognolo, and the tax senior manager Giuseppe D’Amico have represented DIOR during all the tax litigation phases.
