SSEK Legal Consultants acted for The Gesit Companies, a diversified Indonesian conglomerate that operates in the property, trading and services, manufacturing and natural resources sectors, in a transaction with MEA Commercial Holdings Pte. Ltd. (MEACH), a leading Singapore holding company that focuses on real estate investments.
SSEK assisted The Gesit Companies in the successful sale to MEACH of a substantial stake in PT Gesit Sarana Perkasa (PT GSP), a limited liability company that owns JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center, a property in the Jakarta business district of Kuningan.
SSEK reviewed the transaction documents and assisted Gesit in the transaction closing.
