Mrs. Anna Lamprou joined our firm for her legal training in September 2017 and mainly specializes in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Family Law and Administration Law. She has court experience in representing companies and individuals in cases involving, inter alia, shareholders’ disputes, conspiracy matters, fraud, breach of fiduciaries duties, as well as cases regarding the issuance of injunctive relief, divorce, division of property and recourses. Furthermore, she advises and handles cases on matters relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the Republic of Cyprus, as well as the appointment of Interim Receivers and Winding Up Petitions.

 

Anna also deals with matters relating to the General Data Protection Regulation and holds the position of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of our Office as she was highly involved in the implementation of the information security related legislation and the continuous compliance of our Firm with the Data Protection Legislation.

 

As the responsible person of our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, she organizes the inhouse, as well as the public seminars hosted by our Firm.

 

She has obtained an LLB Degree from University of Cyprus (2017), an MA in Modern Greek Language and Literature from University of Cyprus (2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Greek Language and Literature (2010) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece).
