Solek. Project Itihue financing
1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos represented Solek in the US$6 million disbursement for the solar PMGD 9MW project Itihue, under the Credit Agreement executed between Solek and Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura (“CIFI”).
Itihue is one of the projects of Solek’s solar PMGD portfolio that was financed by CIFI for a total amount of USD15.1 million.
