The Firm acted as the legal counsel to HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund – 3 (acting as the investor) (“Investor”) in relation to establishing of a joint venture (“JV”) with House of Abhinandan Lodha (“HOABL”) entailing project investments of Rs. 1500 crore towards the development of new generation low-rise development projects in India. The Investment will result in a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 4500 crores.


The firm's role involved drafting, review and negotiation of the transaction documents executed or to be executed in relation to the investments made or to be made under the JV and providing comprehensive legal advice on the deal.
