SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client as it led the growth equity funding of Element451, an advanced student engagement CRM for higher ed institutions. Blueprint Equity provides expansion capital to high-growth, capital efficient enterprise software and technology-enabled services businesses worldwide.
