Smartwage, a company operating in the corporate welfare sector, has completed a pre-seed investment round of approximately €2 million, led by Alternative Capital Partners SGR on behalf of Step Fund, with the participation of existing shareholders. The transaction is aimed at supporting the company’s growth and the development of its digital platform, which enables employers to offer employees a range of tools, services and benefits complementing their remuneration.
Ughi e Nunziante advised Smartwage on all corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Giuseppe Coco and senior associate Alessandro Corbò.
