Avance advises Sirius Capital Partners and Sirius Fund III in relation to the development work and long lease agreement with EY regarding an office property at Korkeavuorenkatu 32-34. The lease covers approx. 85% of the lettable area of the building. EY is expected to move into their new headquarters during the summer of 2023.

Sirius Fund III acquired the Korkeavuorenkatu 32-34 property in the spring of 2018. The property, which has an excellent location next to the Esplanadi park, had already for some time had high vacancy and its technical lifespan was approaching its end. The building will now be totally renewed and modernised. The renovation works will emphasize on sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions and the property will at its completion fulfil the requirements of a LEED platinum certificate. The property will be extended by e.g. adding two new floors and the total lettable area of the property post the renovation and extension works will be some 7,000 square metres.
