Ritch Mueller represented Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior in a VAT loan facility to Servicios Compresión de Gas CA-KU-A1, to finance value added taxes during the construction of the offshore gas compression platform known as “CA-KU-A1” in the Ku-Maloob-Zaap oil field in Campeche Bay, Mexico.
