A Schalast team led by VC Partner Dr. Marc-André Rousseau has successfully advised the EdTech start-up Eduneon GmbH, originally from Berlin, on its seed financing round with the investors Futury Venture Beteiligungen Deutschland-Hessen GmbH, Hessen Kapital I GmbH and Ruhr Seed GmbH. As part of the financing round, all existing convertible loans from the previous angel financing round were converted and the company's headquarters were relocated from Berlin to Hesse.
