Sayenko Kharenko acted as a legal counsel of Representative Office of Power Construction Corporation of China, LTD regarding construction of Syvash Wind Farm with capacity of 245.7 MW.
Project implementation is enhancing presence of Power Construction Corporation of China, LTD in sector of construction of renewable energy objects in Ukraine. Syvash Wind Farm – one of the biggest in Ukraine and start of its operation will increase share of “green” energy produced in the country.
Sayenko Kharenko provided legal support of Contractor’s interests protection in the course of main contract performance pursuant to FIDIC form and contracts with Subcontractors, in particular advising on claims issues (dispute resolution regarding time extensions, reimbursement of additional costs and damages etc.) and consulting in relation to other legal matters.
Power Construction Corporation of China, LTD – is one of the biggest construction companies of People’s Republic of China, is in the list of 500 companies of the world by total revenue according to annual rankings of Fortune 500 as of 2019. Besides Syvash Wind Farm construction, Power Construction Corporation of China, LTD is the Contractor of several renewable energy projects in Ukraine and numerous construction projects abroad.
