Sayenko Kharenko has represented a shareholder in a corporate dispute with one of the largest machine-building enterprises in Europe for the production of equipment for the oil, gas, nuclear and chemical industries. The dispute focused on decisions made by the supervisory board with a total value exceeding USD 3 billion. The project lasted for more than five years and ended with an out-of-court settlement.
