S.A.B. de C.V. in the acquisition of Infun, S.A.

Mexico City [date], 2016.  Santamarina y Steta recently advised and counseled Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A.B. de C.V. (GIS) in the acquisition of Infun, S.A. and its subsidiaries, a company engaged in the foundry, manufacturing and machining of iron castings for the automotive industry with operations in Spain, Italy and China at a purchase price of €280 million Euros and assuming a debt of up to €40 million Euros.
