Santamarina y Steta advices Finactiv, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM E.R., in the restructure of its MXN$300 million programme and the second issuance of short term certificados bursátiles.
Mexico City April 7, 2017. Santamarina y Steta advised and counseled Finactiv, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM E.R. in their restructure of its MXN$300 million programme to be able to issue short term certificados bursátiles and the second issuance of short term certificados bursátiles of debt in the Mexican securities market.
The programme consisted in authorization by the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission for up to MXN$ 300 million and the first issuance under the program of certificados bursátiles.
Actinver Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero Actinver, Vector Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. y Casa de Bolsa Ve Por Más, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero Ve Por Más acted as undewriters for the first issuance, and were also advised by Santamarina y Steta.
