Mexico City, January 3, 2017. Santamarina & Steta acted as Mexican legal advisor for Lonza Group AG (Lonza) in the global acquisition of Capsugel S.A. and its subsidiaries (Capsugel), which are engaged in the manufacturing of capsule products and other drug delivery systems, at a total purchase price of USD$5.5 billion dollars and assuming a debt of USD$2 billion dollars.
