On April 21, the shareholders of Pro Valle Alimentos S.A.C., a company dedicated to the commercialization of dried fruits and nuts through the Vallealto brand, and leader in the Peruvian market, sold 100% of the shares that represent the capital stock of the company.
The buyer is Frutos y Especias S.A.C., better known as Santis, a Peruvian company that sells canned goods, spices, condiments, legumes, dried fruits and nuts, among others.
Additional terms of the transaction, which remain confidential, include the acquisition of the shares of Vallealto as well as all the brands related to the business and the segregation of a real estate property.
