Sale of Hotel Galápagos
On October 4, 2019, PLACIFIC S.A., advised by Carmigniani Pérez Abogados, sold the “Hotel Galápagos” to a main tourism operator, for the development of an ecotourism project, for an undisclosed amount. The hotel, emblematic of the Galapagos Islands, is located by the sea, in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island, property that borders the Charles Darwin Foundation.
