Conyers acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Saint Bella Inc (Stock code: 2508.HK) in connection with its successful global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Saint Bella Inc. is a household name in China and a market leader in premium postpartum care and recovery services. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the company offers a comprehensive range of services and products—from in-home care to specially formulated nutrition—designed to support women through every stage of motherhood.

In addition to advising on the global offering, Conyers also provided Cayman and BVI legal advice on the over-allotment option, which was successfully completed on 28 July 2025.
