Rubio Leguía Normand advised EMF Microfinance Fund AGMVK, organized and existing under the laws of Liechtenstein, in the granting of a loan up to US$ 3,000,000.00 in favor of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pacífico.
The proceeds of the loan shall be used exclusively by Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pacífico to grant loans to existing or future customers and to refinance the existing indebtedness.
The deal closed on September 28, 2020.
