Rubio Leguia Normand advised Citibank N.A. in the granting of a bilateral loan in favor of Transportadora de Gas del Perú (TGP). TGP is the concessionaire company responsible for the operation of the natural gas and natural gas liquid pipeline transportation system of Camisea.
The financing will be used for TGP's corporate uses.
