Rubio, Leguia, Normand advised Carcool, a Peruvian startup dedicated to real time logistics management, for the planning, optimization and monitoring of the transportation system, in its second round of investment for a confidential amount.
Private and institutional venture, capital investors took part in the investment round.
The funds raised will be used to strengthen Carcool's business and expand its operations in different countries in the region.
The investment round was closed in December 2019.
