, CCIM, of counsel at statewide law firm Broad and Cassel LLP, recently served as a guest speaker at the annual I-4 Commercial Corridor Conference presented by CBC Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty.

The conference featured presentations on the latest commercial real estate news and trends associated with the I-4 Corridor, including insights and analysis from top market experts. A frequent presenter on real estate financing, Petra participated in the Equity Capital Sources panel.

Petra is a member of Broad and Cassel’s Affordable Housing and Tax Credit, Real Estate, Taxation and Public Finance, and Capital Projects Practice Groups. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and three states – Florida, Illinois and Missouri.

Having closed more than a billion dollars in real estate financing transactions, Petra is well-versed in various products and programs, including Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5). Additionally, he counsels clients on alternative fundraising options, including crowdfunding, online platforms and Regulation A.

Recognized as a “Counselor of Real Estate,” Petra holds the prestigious CRE credential. He is a graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville, Ill., and received his juris doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law.
