Rubio Leguia Normand has counseled the founding shareholders of RMB Sateci S.A.C., a leading Peruvian company in the sector of bodywork manufacturing for the transport of heavy cargo, in the takeover by GCZ.
GCZ is a business group with more than 30 years of experience in the energy infrastructure market.
The transaction was completed on July 16, 2021 and GCZ had the counseling of Vizquerra, Córdova & Gálvez Abogados.
