RLN advised Coöperatieve Rabobank and Banco Santander in the granting of a medium-term loan.

Rubio, Leguía, Normand advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. and Banco Santander Peru S.A. in the granting of a US $ 21'050,000.00 medium-term syndicated loan in favor of Agroindustrial Huamaní S.A.C.

The loan proceeds have been used to prepay a loan granted in favor of Agroindustrial Huamaní S.A.C. by local financing entities, as well as the financing of CAPEX and the payment of the borrower’s short-term debts.

“We are very pleased to have participated in this multi-lender transaction, which made the process of negotiating loan documents complex. Likewise, the loan proceeds were used for the prepayment of a previous syndicated loan granted in favor of the borrower, and we had to negotiate the corresponding documents for the termination of said loan and the documents for the release of the existing guarantees.”
