Link Legal represented Endiya Partners in its Series A Investment of INR 15 crores in Hyderabad based Cygni Energy Private Limited (Cygni). The Company also raised INR 30 crores in the form of debt from IndusInd Bank along with the equity investment.
Cygni, a city-based startup is engaged in the business of providing Solar DC and AC based products and solutions and has a close working relationship with IIT Madras and specialises in inverter-less technology and rooftop solar solutions.
