Thomson Geer acted for Renold Australia in its acquisition of Davidson Chain Pty Ltd, a family owned manufacturer and distributor of high-quality conveyor chain and special transmission chain in Australia, for A$6 million.
Renold Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed company, Renold Plc (LON: RNO), which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Renold Plc is one of the world’s largest suppliers of industrial chain and mechanical power transmission.
