Tax attorney Rafael Lafont published an article in Asuntos Legales about the regulation of cryptocurrency. Currently in Colombia there are no laws that clearly govern the treatment of crypocurrency or cryptoassets. In this article, Mr. Lafont addresses the implications of this lack of regulation, including those pertaining to taxes.
