Thomson Geer acted for Australia's largest manufacturer of solar pool controllers, Dontek Electronics Pty Ltd (Dontek) in sale of their company to leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing products, Reece Australia Pty Ltd (Reece) for $10 million AUD.
