García & Bodán Honduras recently advised Redwood Capital Investments, LLC, a private US holding company, in the purchase of two Honduran companies, subsidiaries of VF Corporation. The transaction included the acquisition of VF Imagewear, Inc., a subsidiary of VF Corporation, including its operations in the United States, Honduras, Mexico and Panama.
The work carried out by García & Bodán Honduras was led by its Managing Partner Vanessa Oquelí in conjunction with Partner Godofredo Siercke and Associate Astrid Villeda.
