S&R Associates represented Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited, a fintech and software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, in its INR 5.63 billion initial public offering.
The S&R team was led by partner Jitesh Shahani, and included associates Shiv Bhargava, Mittu Choudhary, Ayushi Shrivastava, Gunjeet Singh and Ritik Mohapatra.
