S&R Associates represented Watson Pharma, a subsidiary of Israeli pharmaceutical company Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, in the divestment of one of its active pharmaceutical ingredients divisions in India to Zydus Lifesciences, a listed Indian pharmaceutical company.
The S&R team was led by partner Rachael Israel and counsel Kanika Khanna, and included associate M.V. Abhinaya.
