S&R Associates represented the broker in the INR 17 billion bulk deal sale of 65.5 million equity shares of Vedanta Limited, a leading natural resources and technology conglomerate, by Finsider International Company Limited, a promoter selling shareholder, on the Indian stock exchanges.
