S&R Associates represented Motilal Oswal, Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital and Nuvama, book running lead managers, in the INR 8.05 billion initial public offering by Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited, one of the largest manufacturers of payment cards both globally and in India and also one of the largest producers of national identity cards in India.
