S&R Associates represented Tevapharm India, a subsidiary of Israeli pharmaceutical company Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, in the sale of one of its bulk pharmaceutical formulations divisions in India to Marksans Pharma Limited, a listed Indian pharmaceutical company.
The S&R team was led by partner Rachael Israel and included associates Meher Mehta and Vyoma Mehta.
