S&R Associates represented one of the brokers in the INR 94 billion bulk deal sale of 23.4 million equity shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited, a listed information technology services and consulting company, by Tata Sons, a promoter selling shareholder, on the Indian stock exchanges.
