S&R Associates represented IRB InvIT Fund, a publicly offered listed infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) that owns and operates road assets, in an approximately INR 27.44 billion acquisition of Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited and CG Tollway Limitedfrom IRB Infrastructure Trust, a privately placed listed InvIT.
The S&R team was led by partner Pratichi Mishra, and included associates Oshika Nayak, Samyak Jain, Taneesh Shah, Advaita Kapoor, Shreyans Parakh and Souparna Mukherjee. Head of competition practice Simran Dhir, and associates Prerana De and Sehaj Mahajan advised on competition law matters.
