S&R Associates represented IRB Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, in an INR 1.16 billion investment in Samakhiyali Tollway, the concessionaire for a toll-road project in the state of Gujarat.
The S&R team was led by partner Pratichi Mishra and included associates Dhanush Dinesh, Samyak Jain, Oshika Nayak and Advaita Kapoor.
