S&R Associates is representing Global Health Limited, India's leading private multi-specialty tertiary care provider and the listed operator of “Medanta” hospitals, in its venture with DLF Limited, a leading listed real estate developer in India, to launch a multi-super specialty hospital in Delhi. Global Health Limited and DLF will hold 50-50 each in the new company which will own and operate the hospital.
The S&R team is led by partners Sanjeev Adlakha and Juhi Singh and counsel Prateek Sharma, and includes associates M.V. Abhinaya and Pranshu Gupta on corporate matters; and partner Sumit Bansal and associates Shivani Chhabra and Taranjeet Singh on tax matters.
