S&R Associates represented Flair Writing Industries Limited, a leading player in the Indian writing and creative instruments industry, in its INR 5.93 billion initial public offering and its INR 730 million pre-IPO placement.
The S&R team was led by partner Jabarati Chandra and included associates Shiv Bhargava, Mittu Choudhary, Siddharth Urs, Aditya Jain and Ayushi Shrivastava on the IPO and associates Gayathri Kamath and Hitoishi Sarkar on the pre-IPO placement.
