S&R Associates represented CPPIB India Private Holdings Inc. (“CPPIB”), Allianz Infrastructure Luxembourg II S.À R.L. (“Allianz“), and 2726247 Ontario Inc. (“OMERS“) in their shareholders’ agreement with Interise Investment Managers Limited (“Interise”), investment manager of IndInfravit Trust, pursuant to the acquisition of Interise by CPPIB, Allianz and OMERS.
