S&R Associates represented certain selling shareholders in the INR 225.62 billion initial public offering of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the largest stock exchange in India in terms of total turnover in cash market and equity derivatives. This is the second largest-ever initial public offering in India.
The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Jabarati Chandra, and included associate Aarush Sharma.
