S&R Associates represented BofA Securities India Limited in connection with the delivery of a fairness opinion to the board of directors of ICICI Securities Limited ("ISEC"), a leading listed securities firm in India that offers retail and institutional broking, financial products distribution and wealth management, on a proposed delisting of equity shares of ISEC pursuant to a scheme of arrangement with its holding company, ICICI Bank Limited.
