Rebaza, Alcazar & De las Casas advised Capital Center in a refinancing

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Capital Center, as borrower, in the refinancing of an existing secured credit facility granted by Banco de Crédito del Perú and Banco Internacional del Perú – IBK, and the negotiation of a new facility under said credit facility, both for up to US$ 34’800,000.00. The agreement was signed on September 27, 2022, and the proceeds were disbursed on September 30, 2022.

 The proceeds were used by the borrower for capital expenditures and other corporate uses.
