Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised BCP and Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A., as lender and structuring agent, respectively, in the negotiation of a loan agreement entered into with Agrícola Las Llamozas S.A., as borrower, for up to S/ 50,000,000.00 (fifty million and 00/100 Soles). The agreement was signed on November 24, 2021.
The proceeds were used by the borrower to acquisitions and other corporate uses.
The security package for the financing included a trust over cash flows along with a mortgage over certain real estate.
