Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised BCP and Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A., as lender and structuring agent, respectively, in the negotiation of a secured credit facility granted to Homecenters Peruanos S.A., as borrower, for up to S/ 100,000,000.00. The agreement was signed on September 8, 2022, and the proceeds were disbursed on September 23, 2022.
The proceeds were used by the borrower for capital expenditures and other corporate uses and for the cancellation of a bridge loan granted by BCP within the structuring process.
