“I receive the news of my promotion to RAD Partner with great emotion. I thank the entire team at our firm for trusting me. I take on this new professional challenge with enthusiasm and the commitment to continue adding my efforts to the process of consolidating RAD as a leader in the practice of Corporate Criminal Law, Compliance, and Internal Investigations both in Peru and in Latin America, always thinking about providing a high quality service for all our clients” comments Sergio.
One of the main partners of the firm and leader of the White-Collar Crime and Internal Investigations and Compliance areas, Augusto Loli, comments: “Sergio brings together the best characteristics of the modern-day criminal lawyer. Not only does he have a solid background in the dogmatic and procedural aspects of criminal law, but his time in London has familiarized him with the topic of criminal liability of legal entities and all the tools linked to it. The consolidated relationship that our firm has with clients and international law firms and our intervention in multiple relevant cases has allowed him to acquire exceptional expertise.”
Alberto Rebaza, Managing Partner of the Firm, points out that “Sergio's incorporation aligns with our perspective of concentrating on highly complex issues, whether transactional, consulting or litigation and controversies, where White-Collar Crime obviously has great importance.”
With this promotion, the firm has 20 partners in total. We reaffirm our commitment to quality, diversity, and talent, as well as our strategy of focusing on highly complex matters and providing a super pleasing service to all our clients.
