Raue has elected a new management board. Effective 1 September 2020, Dr. Wolfram Hertel is the new Managing Partner of the firm. He succeeds Prof. Dr. Jan Hegemann who has completed his term of three years.
Wolfram Hertel has been a lawyer at Raue and its predecessor law firms since 2001. He advises companies on all aspects of public law; one of his most visible mandates in recent years was advising Kapsch TrafficCom on the proceedings concerning the German car toll. Commenting on his election as new Managing Partner, he said: “I am delighted about the trust my colleagues put in me. I intend to continue the successful work of my predecessor Jan Hegemann and, together with my team, will strive to bring the firm further ahead.”
The management board of Raue consists of eight partners elected by the partnership. Newly elected are Annette Feißel for the area of Finances and Dr. Friedemann Eberspächer for the revised area of Legal Personnel. His responsibilities include continuing education and training, employee retention and support of the career development at Raue.
The partners Judith Heyn (Non-legal Personnel), Dr. Michael K. Bergmann (Marketing), Dr. Robert Heine (IT), Dr. Justus Schmidt-Ott (Recruiting), and Dr. Bernd Beckmann (International Networks) remain responsible for their departments.
