Raue also advised EdTech startup Tomorrows Education GmbH on its Series A financing round. The financing round consists of an equity financing with a first and a second closing and concerns a total of EUR 9.3 million (USD 10 million). The round is led by EduCapital, Europe’s largest EdTech fund, and supported by a number of investors and angel investors, including Sparkmind.vc, Redstone, Mediahuis Ventures, 4P Capital, Zanichelli Ventures, Ralf Reichert and Daniel Jung. The round was also supported by other well-known business angels such as Nikolaus D. Bayer, Lin Deutschmann, Thomas Maidorfer, Verena Pausder, as well as Mario Barosevcic and Jan Lynn-Matern from Emerge Education.
