Advised Rabobank, Export Import Bank of India, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), MUFG, Societe Generale and YES Bank in connection with foreign currency term loan facilities for an aggregate amount of USD 425 Million approx. provided to an SPV of Serentica Renewables.
